Question

How do you use it?

I just got this in a Lancome gift, and I didn't think to ask the beauty consultant about it until I got home. I've never used anything like this before! Do I just take the dropper and squeeze it out onto my face after I wash it morning/night?

Yes. Just use a small drop and it will cover your entire face. You don't need much at all. After using Genifique, I always apply face cream or lotion but I'm not sure if you have to. It's a wonderful product!! I am totally hooked!

answer 3
This is the way i use Genifique: I squeeze the dropper so a SMALL drop comes out on my finger and ι spread it on the right (or left) side of my face. Then i use another small drop to spread on the other side of my face. If this does not feel enough, you can use one or two more drops to spread where necessary. You don't have to use much of Genifique because it may makes your skin feel too greasy or cause you little redness. Use little amount and also it will last you for ages till you buy the next one. You always put the product on a finger so the amount you put on the face is controlled and not too much.
I hope i helped :)

About the "sunburned" feeling under the eyes, i suggest you don't put Genifique under them. Eyes are very sensitive and that's why you must buy Genifique Yeux . It's almost the same but a little bit softer and lighter suitable for the eye area. I use it and my eyes look more rested than ever! Even though i haven't slept enough, i look sooo rested in the morning.
About the "burning" sensation on face, i suggest you live chat with a Lancome expert-they will help you a lot . You can tell them whatever bothers you.

You aren't supposed to apply this around the eye area. It's to be applied on the face only. If you aren't applying it directly under your eyes, and you're referring more to the top of the cheek area, I would stop using it as these results aren't normal.

No it not normal and there are no ingredients in Genifique that can cause the buring sensation. I use it in the sun and I never had that problem. Perhaps it another product with a different chemical compound you could be using and applied Genifique over this product!!! If you use another product other Lancome, the chemical compound are put together in different order according to the chemist and this order may not be the same order in which Lancome chemist have place their ingredient compounds!!!

The way I understand it, Genifique is for radiance and it enhances what ever you use with it. Visionaire is for texture. So while you don't "have to" you get the ultimate results using both. I couldn't decide between radiance and texture! I use both now and they are tied for favorite product. Almost like they amplify each other

This product has most reviews from users between 34 -55. What is available for someone over 65?

I have excellent skin and use a majority of your products. I need something that will reduce/eliminate the wrinkles around my mouth and chin. I am also geting vertical lines on my cheeks. What product do you have, if any, that will eliminate this. I am not ready for a face life at this time.

Genifique is an effective product for any age group. The Absolue serums are marketed for the 50 + age group, but there's no reason you couldn't use Genifique. The Pro-Xylane in the Absolue serums is the same ingredient that makes this serum great. Essentially, what the Genifique and Absolue serums do is speed cell turnover to keep your skin from looking dull, and enable your skin to hold onto more moisture by boosting GAG's (glycosaminoglycans) that are found in the outermost layer of skin, the epidermis. The more hydrated these molecules are, the more plump your skin will look, diminishing the appearance of lines and wrinkles, eliminating dehydration wrinkles, and keeping your skin from feeling, for lack of a better word, deflated.
Just keep in mind that the breakdown of collagen in the lower level of skin, the dermis, is what causes wrinkles. There is no product that you can apply topically to prevent this. Avoiding excessive sun exposure and taking collagen boosting vitamins, like vitamin C, will keep your skin wrinkle free for longer.
While I'm only in my 30's, I've seen a huge turn around in my skin's appearance and texture since starting this product, and I'm sure you would get a lot of benefit from it as well. Just make sure your expectations are reasonable, or you'll be disappointed by any product you use.

Hi!
There are several products to help with deep wrinkles. Check out the Absolue line, especially the following products:
Absolue Ultimate BX serum
Absolue Precious Cells daytime moisturizer
Absolue Eye Precious Cells for eyes
Absolue Night Precious Cells nighttime moisturizer

If you go to your account page, there is an option on the left side of the screen called Skin Profile & Recommendations. It only takes a minute or 2 to go through the questions and you will be rewarded with a view of the Lancome products to help with your specific concerns, including which cleanser & toner to use, plus the serums, moisturizers, etc, It is well worth taking the time to use this helpful tool, at least yearly.

Genifique Youth Activating Concentrate is the purest form of Genifique. It is a serum designed to go deep within the skin, and should be topped with a moisturizer. Genifique Cream Serum is a serum and moisturizer in one. The cream serum is mainly recommended for those with oily skin, or those with extremely dry skin to use in combination with another moisturizer.
